Returns & Refunds

  1. Our customers are entitled to exchange or refund products under the following conditions only:

    Wrong Item
    The item you received is the incorrect product or is not what you ordered.

    Incomplete / Missing Product
    The package you received have missing items or incomplete count.

    Damaged Product
    The products you received were visibly damaged such as broken pieces, torn packaging and tampered safety seal.

    Expired Product
    The item you received is past the expiration date.

  2. We take utmost best to properly handle and pack all products until we hand them over to the courier.Once you receive your order please check the products and store the products properly.

    Product defect and/or damage due to buyer’s mishandling and improper storage are not covered for exchange or refund.

    Storage Guidelines: Please store all products you ordered in a cool, dry place and away from direct sunlight, heat or anywhere that can be splashed by water.

  3. If you received product(s) that you did not order (wrong item), expired, damaged, or tampered safety seal, please do not remove any tag or take the product from its original packaging. Please send an email immediately to support@goodhealthforyouph.com with visual evidence (e.g. photo, video) of the product complaint to expedite the process.

  4. The timeframe for product returns are  important especially the vitamins in capsule form. The timeframe for product returns are as follows:

    24 Alkaline-C and 24 Alka-White
    You can return these products within 3 days after receiving your order. Otherwise, the exchange/refund is forfeited. The 3-day return period will be based on the time/date seen in the courier’s tracking system.

    24-Green Restore, Cafe, Choco, 24-Thirty, and 24-Ever Savoune
    For these products, you can return them within 7 days from the date you received it. Otherwise, the exchange/refund is forfeited. The 7-day return period will be based on the time/date seen in the courier’s tracking system.

  5. We will refund the full purchase price of the product returned to us, or replace it with product(s) of the same value, depending on your choice. 

  6. For returned products that are proven to be the wrong item, missing/incomplete, expired, damaged, or tampered (safety seal), we will process your refund through the payment service that you had used.If you made payments via Cash on Delivery, you can choose any of the options below.

    c) Coupon
    If you do not have a bank account nor GCash account, we could provide you with a coupon/voucher with the refund amount that you can use on the website on your next purchase.
